Okay my ps2 works fine with all of my other video games, but when i put in my nhl 07 it just goes to my memory card (like it does when no disc is in) so im guessing its not reading my nhl disc, and it only does this with that game, and the game has no scratches or dirt on it? why, and what can i do to fix this? thanks 10 points to most helpful answer.

1. The game is a defect, and you should bring it back to the store to get an exchange.
2. Maybe that's just the way it is. When you get to the menu, do you see the disk icon and does it say PS2 game? If it does, then click on the disk and see if the game loads up from there. If it loads up, then there's nothing wrong with the disk.

The NHL 2K7 game is most likely a defect. You will need to get a replacement disc.

does this take position to at least one particular activity or in diverse?if it in reality occurs to at least one, you've a issue along with your activity. if on various account,your lens perhaps dirty. attempt cleansing it up with a lens purifier...you are able to also attempt to adhere 2 products of tape to the again of the disc,parallel to the disc middle ( I0I ), the position I is the tape and 0) is the disc middle... reliable luck!
