All Along the Watchtower by Jimi Hendrix.
Sick guitar riffs with lyrics written by the genius Bob Dylan is just a stupid combination.
I listen to a lot of music, and even play a little guitar. This song still blows me away every time I hear it.

I always liked White Cliffs of Dover by Vera Lynn when I was a kid. She has such a yearning in her voice when she sings for WW11 to be over and for things to go back to "normal".
Currently I enjoy listening to "Grace" by The Irish Tenors. I like songs that have a story in them.

The music of the 1980's was hard to beat, so many tunes from that era in my favourite list.
