Why do bullies always ask "what’s your problem" when they're obviously not going to solve it?

Well, obviously they are the ones with the problem, and "bullying" other people is their only way to cope with their own "demons", doing that gives them a distorted sense of "control".
But, in reallity it does not help them at all. They just cause more pain; for themselves, and for others.
Therefore the question that they are asking is really directed to themselves.

They never take responsiblity for causing problems. They put the blame on you.

I am still dealing with a bully at work...she is a grown woman
(age 65 believe it or not)....it's amazing that some people never outgrown this strange behaviour.

because they want to hear it from you that they are the cause of your problems. people bully others to make themselves feel good about themselves. don't let them do it to you. the pick on people who they think are weaker than they are. here's some tips: 1. always go places with someone else if you can 2. look them right in the eye when they talk to you. looking down shows weakness
