It would have been on about 1985-1988 (ish!) and I think it was for baked beans. It had an alien like ET eating beans and then he cried afterwards or something. I just found it quite traumatic at the time and still it pops into my dreams and thoughts in my late twenties! Now that's good advertising!

Very, very vaguely! The music on the Castrol GTX advert used to scare the s**t out of me when I was akid!

Did you buy the beans? If so it's good advertising.. if not then it is merely traumatic and it probably put you off beans for life :]

Can't say I remember it...wonder why he cried...was it cos they had all gone or cos he had ate them and thought he had eaten his babies or something...what a weird one...missed it!
