Yes, but I think that is just a part of life. Life doesn't always go the way we want it, or where we want it. Sometimes we just have to go with the flow and hope things get better. I know that good things come to those who wait, so hopefully, that is true. I think being stuck in a rut it just a natural part of living.

Obviously I must be a part of my life, but I believe you refer to one's perception of how much control one has over his life.
Many people would have a complete mental meltdown if they were ever truly confronted with just how little control they actually have over their own lives.
I believe that the majority of humans cannot function without believing that one or more delusions are true - and "I am the captian of my own destiny" is one such delusion.

YES!!!!!!! I think most people do at sometime in their life. Either in whole or in part. It's how we deal it that matters.
