Last I heard the one child policy was flexed. Now you can have a female child, then have another child. Something about having the blossom first.

The reason is because the number of females is lower than that of males and there's an anticipated problem with that which is obvious.

I've heard that the one child policy is more of a guideline, so it's more of a social taboo to have too many kids. Which makes sense considering the huge number of people.


Such is all I've heard.
