I'm not the biggest fan of Avril, but I watched the music video, saw the shirt, and freaked out, because I felt like I had seen it at Forever21! I've tried looking it up everywhere and couldn't find out if it was from the store or not. Still, I remember shopping one day and seeing a shirt exactly like it...but I need to double-check. Anyone have an idea? =)

it's from see by chloe. it's about 135 dollars. according to my magazine, you can get it in neiman marcus's direct catalog.
forever21 might have made one cheaper, idk. but that's where it's from.
