Yes. They have what it takes to be an at-large bid. Right now they'd be somewhere around a 12 seed. Winning their conference championship would just put them up in the slots.

YES! I believe West Virginia may be awarded for the NCAA bid. Key wins for WV are at the time #9 UCONN and recently ranked #2 UCLA. Most Big East games have come close but did not have enough fuel to hang in there but overall, I believe if West Virginia plays well in the Big East Conf, they will be in!
