Well, when I put on mascara I usually open my mouth, I think it is just a cause and effect thing. When a person puts on mascara or eyeliner, they open their mouth because they are concentrating hard, not because it is a must. Must of the time, I don't even pay attention!

I do it! I do it because makes my face tighter, making my eyelide open wider. Then that is a lot less puzzling to placed on the mascara. yet, all of us's face is diverse. some would do merely it as a refflex and not in any respect even comprehend they're doing it.

Because when you open your mouth your eyes are open wider, too at the same time. this is easier to apply mascara.

lol, I don't know, but for some odd reason I can't keep my mouth closed when try to put mascara on. It kinda causes a strain in my jaw. It's weird.

Because the muscles are connected (your eye and mouth) and they automatically open when your eyes open in a certain way. Like when you wink, your mouth automatically goes open when you don't pay attention to it.

it helps to stretch the face. When you open your mouth, your eyes can open wider than normal... give it a try yourself and you'll see its true! It's cause it pulls down the bottom eyelid

i dont know. this question was asked before....its kinda funny though.....when i read this question, i was reenacting how i apply my mascara and i actually don't opne my mouth THAT wide....just a little open.....but i prob. just opened it a little because i read the question- reflex.
i guess it helps them put the mascara on better because ur eyes open up more...i dunno :

becuz they need their eyes open and when your mouth is open,they get more wide so you can do your mascara.

it relaxes the eye muscles and allows the eyes to open wide without having to squint... i do the same thing when putting my contacts in
