They'll know. Some guys can ejaculate without a noticeable orgasm when masterbating, they just ejaculate without the orgasmic sensation. But I doubt if any guy during regular 2 party sex will ejaculate without a full blown orgasm. If you are wanting to know becuase you are using the withdrawal method, then stop that it does not work, people who use the withdrawal method are parents.

What you might be thinking about is a mans precum, which is basically like his defense system for his actual semen. The precum is just the liquid that you find in semen, which helps the semen flow with great ease. See when a man ejaculates, his semen can actually change tecture do to temperature, like if a man is masturbating, the semen that comes out of him can change to a solid like substance immediatly. This is also a defense mechanism that the semen uses to stay healthy and alive. But no a man can not ejaculate a "full load" without having an orgasm to start it off.
The orgasm is what makes the semen shoot out, if the semen just came out, then that would make for problems with reproduction. Which for a man, reproduction comes natural, hence the shooting of semen, which is why a man must have an orgasm before the actual semen comes out. And the precum which is expected because it helps make sure that once the semen comes out of the man and into the woman, the precum has already made a path basically.

I don't think anyone can ejaculate without having some kind of orgasm, whether it be the result of masturbation, intercourse, or nocturnal emission.
