It is supposed to be taller but the last plan I saw didn't have any occupied space in the upper portion.

Why would anybody in their right mind build another high tower? And worse than that is who would rent it? DO NOT BE PROUD OF FACE, RACE or PLACE. Towers in history always seem to come down drastically.

In the beginning it was going to be 1776 feet. But I think it is gradually getting smaller.
