Chief fans, I know Damen Hurad is not are long term QB. If we let Trent go, we are counting on Brody. Does he have what it takes to be a long term starter at the pro level?

i really liked Croyle at Alabama, and i think he was a very good quarterback who was not very durable.

however, i doubt he will ever be a big time starting QB in the NFL. i hate to say it, but i don't think he has the durability and strength to handle it.

i hope he proves me wrong.

i'm not a Chiefs fan, but i will begin to follow them if he becomes the starting QB.

Brodie Croyle WAS a good college quarterback for Alabama, but I don't really think he has the size and stamina to be a long-term QB in the NFL.

I am not a cheifs fan but I am an LSU fan. I was never impressed with Brody Croyle. He had that one good year at Alabam, where they won a bunch of games in a row against sub-par opponents. When they played LSU and Auburn they crumbled and lost 3 games. He didn't play well againts good opponents. Sort of like Brady Quinn.

I have a feeling that when the chiefs took Croyle that they were just filling in a roster position with a quality backup and i feel that is what he will be is a quality backup he does not have the intangables to become a quality starter!

Yes. I think he will be. I think he has a shot at being a very solid starting QB and with LJ there that is all you need.
