Me--- Lacoste, Guess by Marciano, & Celine.
(There are few more that I would like to mention that are made from France, & Italy but they are too expensive for me as of now...)
So I settle for these 3 coz they are well known of Moderately affordable stuffs that a woman/man loves to splurge on & the quality are good.

I like Celine too, I also like Nordstrom, Juicy Couture.....(although I can barely afford a pair of socks there!) and American Eagle, and good old Macy's sometimes.
