two days before ovulation. Concieve a girl?

We had sex on friday night and I am ovulating today (sunday) Are the chances of concieveing good? We are trying for a girl. Is it best to have the sperm waiting for the egg?

Yes for a girl. But why pick, you should be happy and lucky for what ever the sex is as long as they are healthy!!!

You should JUST ask for a healthy baby!! Not I WANT A GIRL... geez.

Yes, but apparently we only have minimal influence on the gender.
