I need a software that change the format of a video?

i need a freware that formats any video type into vob format.

winavi will do many types ... it really depends on the type though ..

try: www.download.com

in the SEARCH coloumn,insert the key word.example: VOB
then u can find a lot of software about .VOB format.
u must read each software description first before u download it.oK

Google DVD Ripper and you will see pages of software that can change the format of videos -- Some will be free, some free to try and some not so free.
