I watched a Robot Chicken episode with the Cold Case Files skit "I, Rosie". Right afterward, it shows Gem at a urinal. I cannot for the life of me remember what the hell she is from, and it is killing me! Anybody know?

Are you perhaps Talking about Jem and the holograms? It was a cartoon in the 80's. They also came out with dolls of her that were barbie's size. The cartoon over all is about a woman named Jerrica who is running an opranage and has a secert identity known as Jem who is a singer.
