Dont do it unless you have done this before. I bought an emachines and had some issues, they told me to update the bios and I fried the whole board, but since they told me to, it was covered by the warranty.....

If you still want to try, you need to go to the manufacturer's web site and look under support to find your computer or motherboard. If you update your post to include your computer model, or motherboard we can get you to the link......Just be warned that the process of "flashing" the bios can do severe damage to your pc if done wrong.....
