It's great that she has a friend to play with, but does she have lots of toys to chew on? Try giving her access to cardboard boxes, rope or sisal toys, straw mats, untreated wicker or willow baskets, etc.

You could also try using a spray deterrent such as bitter apple or phooey, however some rabbits actually like the taste of these and they must be reapplied daily.

Does she have unlimited access to hay? When my rabbit starts chewing on the wrong things, it's her way of telling me to refill the hay rack.

Young rabbits are the most destructive, so you might just have to wait it out. If nothing seems to work try blocking off the area so she can't get to it.

She is trying to grind down her teeth. Give her plenty of things to chew on, like cardboard and untreated wood blocks. You could also use this stuff called "bitter apple spray" http://www.bitterapple.com/ to spray on the walls. And if you have to, confine her to one room and put a liner (thin wood panel, cardboard, etc.) on the wall so she can't get to the wallpaper.

I would try the "bitter apple" idea first, and if that doesn't work try the "confine to one room" idea. Good Luck
