Yes, we would -- but the differences would not be so dramatic.
Earth's orbit around the sun brings it closer at some points and further at others...and these differences in distance would be enough to have temperature and weather changes at various times in the year, but not as big as the changes we have now.

If the earth was not tilted all biological life would fry just like a roasted turkey.
As has been presently observed by Scientist the earths temperature has increased by 0.7 degrees kelvin. That means that the tilt is slowlly changing .That means that as the globe will warm up at higher temperatures, only those humans that have special genes to cope with the higher temperature will survive and whosever is best fit.
However when the turkey roasting temperature is reached it is doutful to know who is not going to roast.
This is very gloomy about Global Warming, Unless scientists find a way out by inventing special airconditioning suits.

Theoretically, no. Wanna try? Just go ask Russia, US, Iran, and China for their nuklear bombs. Place them all over the globe, detonate the bombs, and hope it will tilt the earth 23.5 degrees back without killing all life on earth.

Yes, but they would be very mild. Like spring all the time. This is because the Earth is sometimes closer to the sun than other times.

No we would not. Each latitude would receive pretty much the exact same amount of sunlight per day since you would always be at the same angle to the sun, year around.
