How to get work as Tourist guide in Pakistan?

I live in Abbottabad, Pakistan. I love to travel and work as tourist guide...Any one could recomend an agency or Tour operator operating in the northern arreas of Pakistan especially Karakurram, Hamalya and Hindukush rannges..Any help would highly be appreicated.

Not sure - do they have a tourist board you could contact for advice?
