I am in the process of taking the dula course. I am wondering what other dulas think of this profession and any advice while finishing the course and also how they find the pay. I am located in southern ontario

I'm sorry, I mean doula, not dula, and a doula is a labour coach during childbirth

I am guessing that you mean "doula" - a person who coaches and assists a woman during labor and childbirth. So my suggestion would be to spell the word correctly when you post your question in a more appropriate category - perhaps "pregnancy and birth."
