Actually I like Artichokes, but it has always been our family joke that Artichokes are just a good excuse to eat mayonnaise!

Wonderful vegtable. Dip in melted butter. eat all the leaves, clean and seperate the heart. Eat it slowly with melted butter. grand snack.

pretty good once in awile. I like to steam them, and dip the leaves in garlic butter. dont really like the hearts all that much tho.
