Anyone know any court cases or anything useful I can use in my paper on hate speech? I am against it if that helps.

Why must we "love" everybody? If you give a so called "hate" speech against a Nazi organization or maybe some white supremacy group then it's OK but if you speak out against a Black supremacist like Al Sharpton or a plagiarist like Martin Luther King Jr. (who was also a Black supremacist) then it's a crime. If I'm against illegal aliens then I'm bad but if I'm against white organization then I'm good. Please explain that in your paper.

Go to your local Law Library or the internet and research your State legal Code and find case law references. Form your arguement based on your state code.

I'm for all kinds of speech, good, bad, or indifferent, No limits unless harmful not hurtful that's harmful to others. Just because you do not agree with someone or how they express their opinion why want their freedom of expression banned
Why are you against freedom of expression?
Did someone "hurt your feelings" sometime?
must be liberal as they are the only one I see wanting to limit freedom of speech
