You mean shortest served U.S president? William Henry Harrison, from March of 1841 to April of 1841.
The shortest in height, oh dear, I'll guess Benjamin Harrison the 23rd President, I do remember that he was short in stature, and that his opponents used that in political cartoons to indicate he couldn't make the cut as President.
