It really depends on how you're going to be dressed. Most times when I'm wearing a skirt or dress, I just tuck everything under and pull up my panties and the skirt hides it well enough.
There are also gaffs that you can buy online. just do a search for them. Also search on "tucking" and you'll get lots of results about how to tuck everything up in there between your legs.
I know that some crossdressers use really tight panties with control top pantyhose over them, so there are a lot of options for you to consider. Good luck! :)

Carefully push each testi up inside you, tuck the rest behind and wear tight shapewear like Rago and tight pantyhose.
