I too have been looking for a quilt pattern with hummingbirds and morning glorys. So far no luck. But here is an idea. Find a counted cross stitch pattern with hummingbirds and morning glory's that you like. Research a quilting technique called postage stamp quilts. Basically you will cut a square of fabric to correspond each stitch on the cross stitch pattern. Depending on the finished size of each square your blocks will be 1", 2", 3" etc. The smaller the block the more realistic the detail. The blocks of fabric will be sewing together according the cross stitch graph. There are two ways to do this: 1) sew each square as you would piece a quilt or 2) there is a grid fusible to which you iron the squares then sew seams on the back. (I find this method too bulky for large projects). I hope this makes sense. Good luck with your search.

Here's a counted cross stitch pattern sold by Herschnerr's - It would be easily adapted to squares for a quilt:

"Zippy’s Favorite Flavor Pattern
Delightful design by Terry Nolan depicts the Violet Crown Hummingbird to be embellished with assorted specialty threads for a distinctive look. Counted cross-stitch design is approximately 10-3/4 x 8-3/4" (27 x 22cm). Leaflet only, 12 pages."

They also have it available as a kit, but IMO enough of them for a quilt would be cost-prohibitive...
