When you're in college you pretty much starve to death. I'm broke and would be eternally grateful if you guys gave me some names of good but cheap foods like: noodles, ravioli etc. Thanks a million!

ramen soup, cans of tuna are cheap, bulk oatmeal (not the instant) I am not a fan of oatmeal, but alot of my friends are, and it's dirt cheap.

You can buy and cook rice, and add either cans of chili, or some sort of cream soup to the rice as a nice, cheap meal. Those $1 frozen pizzas are nice and cheap.

Also, Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are inexpensive. Get whole wheat bread because it fill you up much more, and it's only 45 cents more. Big boxes of crackers are versatile and cheap.

EGGS! You can get a dozen for about a dollar and they last a long time.

Hope this helps.. good luck

When I was in college, it was ramen, mac and cheese, and canned tuna straight out of the can. And some apples and breakfast bars. Those are just the healthiest, we also lived on sugar.

(The store was a mile and a half away and none of us were allowed to have a car on campus, so walking made for stocking up with friends.)

When I was in college I ate a lot of Hormel canned chili. It seems to me back then it was about a buck a can. It was very good. I don't eat much canned chili anymore. I'm sure it's still good and fairly good for ya.

Sandwiches, rice (a little goes a long way & you can add to it to spice it up). Any dish that you can cook in bulk and freeze (if u want) like soup or chili. Use cereal to snack on.
