If this suggestion comes in a pop up window while you're on the internet close it and don't under any circumstances click anywhere on the window other than the close button. Get a good spyware scanner and run it. Spybot Search and Destroy or something similar.

Type Description Miscellaneous threats include applications that do not fit into other categories or that fall into multiple categories. Miscellaneous threats typically include some form of potentially objectionable functionality that may pose privacy or security risks to users and their PCs.
Category Rogue Security Program
Category Description A Rogue Security Program is software that purports to scan and detect malware or other problems on the computer, but which attempts to dupe or badger users into purchasing the program by presenting the user with intrusive, deceptive warnings and/or false, misleading scan results. Rogue Security Programs typically use aggressive, deceptive advertising and may be installed without adequate notice and consent, often through exploits.
Level Elevated
Level Description Elevated risks are typically installed without adequate notice and consent, and may make unwanted changes to your system, such as reconfiguring your browser's homepage and search settings. These risks may install advertising-related add-ons, including toolbars and search bars, or insert advertising-related components into the Winsock Layered Service Provider chain. These new add-ons and components may block or redirect your preferred network connections, and can negatively impact your computer's performance and stability. Elevated risks may also collect, transmit, and share potentially sensitive data without adequate notice and consent.
Advice Type Remove

Add. Description Ultimate Defender offers a free scan that reports non-existent malware on the machine to frighten the user into purchasing the program. The scan report is inadequate as it does not show the location of the reported malware. Note: a re-branded version of this program is offered under the name 1stAntiVirus.
Author Nous-Tech Solutions Ltd.
Author Description "Ultimate Defender is one of the most popular and effective products against malicious Trojans, Spyware and Adware on the Internet."

Use these scans to remove it, both are free.
Spybot - Search & Destroy detects and removes spyware, a relatively new kind of threat not yet covered by common anti-virus applications. Spyware silently tracks your surfing behaviour to create a marketing profile for you that is transmitted without your knowledge to the compilers and sold to advertising companies. If you see new toolbars in your Internet Explorer that you haven't intentionally installed, if your browser crashes inexplicably, or if your home page has been "hijacked" (or changed without your knowledge), your computer is most probably infected with spyware. Even if you don't see the symptoms, your computer may be infected, because more and more spyware is emerging. Spybot-S&D is free.
