You can use Neosporin cream - it helps speed up the healing process. You could also use Aloe Vera Gel - It will keep it from scaring if it is a back scratch or you could also use Vitamin E (the capsules, you can puncture them and put it directly on the scratch) Hope it heals up soon!

If she truly has head lice and you have talked to the school about it then they would have sent her home until it was resolved. Then they send notes home to the other students. It is very contagious. Put some with vinegar in your shampoo. Lice don't like it. Also comb your hair with a fine tooth comb. Maybe you could tell your Friend that you could help her to get rid of her problem.

Your friend is abusive and you should terminate that friendship. On the scratch you can use pure Aloe Vera gel, it will help it to heal faster, and you can find it in any Pharmacy like CVS Wall Mart etc.
there are also creams that will remove scars if you think you need them. See that it does not happen again .

Let it hea. You can't just et rid of it. You could put some Neosporn(sp?) on it or some Vitimin E or aloe vera to help spped up the healing. If it's on your face I wouldn't recommend using hydrogen proxide on it because it can kill the skin and leave a scar. (I learned that the hard way.) Just clean it with water and let it heal.

If your friend hit you in the face, then he/she is not your friend, not at all. You need to get rid of the friend, the scratch will heal 7-10 days. Good luck honey, God bless and put angels on your pillows.

You can't rush the healing process. It will heal on its own in a few days depending on how deep it is. Don't touch it- you'll introduce bacteria from hands to cut.
Keep it clean with soap and water and tell your friend to be less aggressive.

clean the wound with some hydrogen peroxide, or alcohol if u don't mind the pain, and then put some neosporin on it... and if u want at night do this and put a band aid on it... it should heal real fast, or at least in my experience.

First, if the person hit you they are not your friend.

Put some neosporin or other anti-bacterial ointment on it to prevent infection and scaring.
