I always wanted a sister. I've had 5 and I can only imagine what would be nice.
Run her kids to school when she's puking in the morning.
Paint her toenails when her belly gets to big for her to see her feet.
Give her a baby shower.
Take her to a spa for the day when she's 6 months.
Help her clean her house when her energy is drained and she's sick to her stomach in the first trimester.
Bring her dinner (maybe Kentucky Fried Chicken ) one night after the baby is born.
Come over after the baby is born and let her take a nap while you watch the baby and do a load of laundry(my mother did this for me and I never felt so loved)

Assure her that you will be there to help her, and then be there for her.
Pregnancy can be a very emotional time for a women, from fear of the unknown to extreme happiness.
The most important thing is to have someone you can talk to and who will listen and give hugs freely.

sweetie there is not much you can do but say congrads and be there to help her out.and if she and you are young then don't follow in her foot steps, best wishes and good luck

Well that would depend on how old she is? What she wants to do?
All you can do is support her and any decision she makes.
