Friendship Problems?

My EX Best Friend (Jeanette) is seeking revenge on me ever since my other friend (Madison) said that she said that I didn't want to be Jeanette's friend anymore. We were the best of friends. WERE

"You know when I hit the ball at you during dodgeball? That was only one scoop of revenge." Jeanette

She also said that she would never ever ever ever be my friend again. I make her suffocate when I'm around her. She hates me to h*ll (I sit right behind her)

Also, Madison will think I'm Jeanette's friend whenever I talk to her and she'll get all mad. NOT GOOD! I hate it when she ignores me.

I know that people like her aren't worth it, but I can't stop thinking of what kind of revenge Jeanette is brewing! (She's really strong!!!)

Oh yeah, and we aren't friends anymore because Jeanette thinks that Madison is hogging me all for herself. And she hates me because she thinks I'm a traitor. (One day I went to sit with Madison, and she got really mad ever since) And she can hold the LOOOOOOOOONGEST grudges

Hmm... Is there anyone else in your class who kind of clicks with you? Maybe you should find another friend. Or other friends, might I add. Unfortuantely, your situation is just one of the many "normal, average" phases in a teenager's life. Most of us have been there, me included. So maybe you should let them go, and hold your head high, or else your ex-best friends will think you're succumbing to them. Expect Jeanette to keep some of her brewing tricks on you, but it might fade gradually if she sees you ignoring her and not paying attention to what she's doing. I am not making excuses for jeanette acting crazy, but you never really did state why you no longer want to be friends with Jeanette. And further more regardless of the reason that you decided to opt out whether it is something she did or you just out grew her or whatever the case may be
You YOURSELF could have been more adult about the situation and told Jeanette how you felt directly instead of relying on and hiding behind Madison to be your messenger.

Probably Jeanette is reacting like this because it didn't come from you but someone else.

I do agree with others that Jeanette is not being very mature about the situation and that she needs to move on with her life.

OK, I think that Jeanette is a little immature punk. I don't know how old you guys are, but that girl has gotta grow up and shut up. She has no right to be doing that to you. If she hates you so much then why is she going up to you and telling you this stuff? You need to tell her to stop bothering you-tell it to her firmly, but not in a shouting tone. Ignore her if she's calling your name or anything of the like. Just hang out with Madison and the friends who treat you right.
If Jeanette continues to waste life by "seeking revenge" on you then you need to talk to the counselor at school.

I don't know how old you guys are, but Jeanette really needs to grow up and get an attitude check. Continue to hang out with your friend Madison and the other friends that you have that will continue to treat you with respect. Ignore Janette when she calls out your name and you also need to say something to her. Be firm about what you're saying but don't get into a shouting match. If this situation continues, talk to your school counselor before it gets out of hand. Don't worry about Janette. There are some issues that she is having that she needs to resolve herself. Hey dear...I guess there's a huge misunderstanding between u guys and it happens with friends who are so close to each other...plz clear up ur misunderstanding with Jeanette first as I think she is feeling insecured and also upset with the idea that has been permeated into her head by Madison...both of them loves u and its just Jeanttee's anger that is resisting her from interacting with you...talk to her and sort out things...if she doesnt want to talk...write her a mail stating everything u feel and make sure u don't put anything pseudo as that might have a negative effect....pen down ur feelings and am sure things will get better soon..best wishes :)

This seems like immaturity problem. Well, you seek for what-to-do. Then here's what to do, dear. She's strong physically,( when you said she avenge in the dodgeball game, that's how i concluded it) you have to be strong mentally.

How? Stop thinking of what she will do because physical strength won't do much hurt less so than mental damage She'll never do much..(unless she threatens to kill you, police needed in this case)
Don't talk to her. Ignores her talk. Act like a deaf but a wise deaf(like Beethoven)If she is talking to you, hit a talk on somebody else. She'll soon find out that her revenge was fully retarded by you.
