soak wart in warm water. apply grapefruit seed extract, castor oil and/or lysine creams (lysine is an amino acid which helps with protein regeneration; also good for canker sores).

If the wart is raised tie it off with strong but thin thread and strangle it. Tie the thread tight with a double overhand knot, trim the ends and leave it. in a week it will drop off. If the thread gets loose, just tie another one tighter.
