Jocularly, people might well say "Ford Foci" or "Toyota Prii" (or, for that matter, pretend that "schoolbi" is the plural of "schoolbus"). Not everyone finds this type of humor amusing; OTOH, some people employ it invariably, and may not even know it was originally intended as humor.
In hypercorrect ultraprecise legally unchallengeable usage, the word "Focus" is probably "Focus®" or "Focus™" and should only be used adjectivally.
In ordinary usage, neither jocular nor hypercorrect, I think most people would say "Ford Focuses" just as they say "VW Beetles".

RE:
If "Foci" is plural for "Focus" what would you call a group of Ford Focus cars?
Would it be "Ford Focuses" because it is a proper noun, or would you call them "Ford Foci?"

That's a good question... we should set up some Focus groups on this...
However, I like to think that maybe they would have a cooler name...
like animals,
a Murder of Foci, (like crows)
a gaggle of Focuses, (like geese)
a parliament Foci, (like ravens)
a well Focused pride... (just forget about the plural of focus, and make it an adjective... lions)

You would call them "Ford Focuses", because the word "Focus" within the car's name loses its true meaning and becomes a proper noun.
