I'm a full time graduate student and live off goverment and private student loans. I don't have a W2 because I did not work at all last year. I'm not sure what I should do. Anyone have any advice?

If you didn't work last year, and didn't have other reportable income (and unless you had something other than what you mentioned, you didn't) then you don't have to file.

No, you do not need to file your taxes if you did not work last year.
