Um it depends on what the writters decide to do...
As tallented as Shawn Michaels is he has already shown himself as a pawn for WWE. See the Shawn Michaels VS Bret Hart match, biggest backstab in wrestling history.
So if the writers tell Shawn to act trust worth, he's going to act trust worthy. If they tell him to backstab Cena he will backstab Cena.
But then again, we could be seeing multiple passes of the tourch this Wrestlmania. Undertaker may finally give someone (Batista) a huge bump and Michaels may give Cena a bump as well. But I doubt both will get a bump at the same event.

I don't trust Michaels with Cena at all. And I love it. I am waiting for the Greatest Sweet Chin Music of all, to disconnect Cena's Head from his shoulders. Can't Wait. This will be a good WM this year.
