Actually, no one has a PERFECT body. All of us have at least ONE THING wrong. Some it is on the outside, where we all can see it, and others it is on the inside, where no one can see it.
If I was to compare my body with other people my age; 54, I would say Hell Yea! My body is not perfect, but it is close. I have been stength training for 21 years. I wear a XXL shirt, weigh 284 pounds, with 14% bodyfat, and can lift most weights that 99% of the people on this planet - could not even pick up off the floor.
Ooorah!
As for my soul. Close to perfect, I guess. I am a gentleman, family man, friend to many, protector of many.
My son says I have one imperfection; big mouth.
My says it is ego.
I say it is the weightlifting. Makes you feel GREAT!!

No one has a perfect body, and if they do, they need to get over themselves because we all die and it all rots away. In the meantime, no one has a perfect soul either. But what I do have is the perfect solution to your problem: log off the internet, shut down your computer, leave your home properly dressed for the weather, and get a life.
