Before I clicked on your question, I thought you were asking about "The Stooges" as in "Iggy & the Stooges" band. Oh well, on to the other Stooges ... have you tried Amazon? They carry lots of Three Stooges stuff on VHS and DVD. I used to work for them and once filled an order for several serious and very expensive law books and one Three Stooges VHS tape. I laughed and thought that somewhere there was an attorney with a sense of humor.

I've got a crapload of Stooges on VHS. I can't swear I have this specific episode without checking.
