Just have fun. I won't say you're too young to have a boyfriend, cause I had one when I was your age too, but maybe you should be a little footloose and fancy free. I think you should be free to flirt and have fun with who you want! just talk to him about everyday stuff. That's the problem with yound relationships, people are too shy to talk. You start the conversaation.

OK well first off, you're only 12, my gosh the world has changed a lot. I have a question for you; whats the rush to have a boyfriend? Holy crap you're only 12, you should be enjoying life, not worrying about a boyfriend that you shouldn't have. Anyways, it sounds to me that you have a communication problem. Your boyfriend(that you shouldn't have) has a problem expressing his feelings to you. Try talking to him about how hard it is for you guys to talk, and see what he does say...or doesn't. You may be a part of this communication problem too. You may try to make him talk about things he doesn't want to talk about with his girlfriend. But if you guys have this communication problem then your relationship most likely won't work out for the best. Communication is a huge part of a realtionship, therefore if there is no communication the relationship won't work.

The answer is simple: 12 is TOO YOUNG to have a boyfriend. Your bf's maturity level is at age 9 or 10 probably. And the fact that your friends talk to him more makes me unsettled. I'd watch your back around BOTH of them, if i were you. Dump him or your friends cuz they both sound untrusthworthy

One you are too young to have a boyfriend but I understand why you want one. Just try and talk about something that both of you really like that shows that you are smart, yet funny. That should melt the tension.

Hey,
This is Monique,
I think you should try to ask him a little bit about his family, a lot but not to much about himself, and just get into talking about something you both like. If that doesn't work out, figure out what his likes and dislikes in a girl, and show him what he wants. I know a lot about this, because I'm 13 yrs. old, and I was in that situation and I didn't know what to do, until I turned 13, but since I know what to do, I want to help people like you, so do you think that my advice is good or not?

Why is it your boyfriend if you don'T even know what to talk about with him?!
I think you first should find out if YOU really like him that much. And if so, just talk about anything! Tell him about your day, ask him what he did all the time, talk about favourite movies and stuff, make plans about the weekend...

Just talk. Talk about what you two like, talk about movies, talk about TV shows. The key to any good relationship even if your 12 is good communication. If you can't talk to your guy maybe he's not the one. Hope this help.

when your that young it is hard to talk to your boyfriend or girlfriend...i had the same troubles with my girlfriend when i was that age, but you just go along with it and try and talk to him with every opportunity you get. When this happened to me, by next relationship with another girl was much better and we talked and all that...as you mature it becomes more of a natural thing to talk to him and you wont even have to worry about it.
