This is very difficult to answer.
You cannot treat everyone the same because what is "fair" to me is not necessarily "fair" to you.

The only to effectively provide the least "abuse" no matter the kind, is to establish practices and policies that ate the least unfair to all, and address the exceptions and transgressions as they arise.

I advise that you have control of your anger.Last year, I saw a health professional who had no control on their anger and was very intimidating. She threatened me and moved into my personal space giving me the hate stare, I felt rather bullied and manipulated by the end of it. I felt humiliated by the experience as this is only half the story. I saw her 3 months later and let rip, I publicly humiliated her, which meant that I didn't control my anger. Really, it was power abuse on her part.
