I read that a miscararige is cause of something wrong with the embryo and not because of the mothers womb or whatever, and lots of ppl who have had a miscarraige ( 1 in 4 women by the way) go on to have healthy pregnancys and healthy babies. I think it can make a huge diffrernce if you think postiive and belive that this is going to be a healthy baby and if u r religious to pray over the baby. Thinking negative worrysome thoughts is not good for the baby. good luck! and congratulations!

I had a miscarriage in the spring of 2005. It took me 12 months to get pregnant again, but I delivered a perfect little baby girl in November 2006. More women than you can imagine have miscarriages and go on to have healthy births.

A lot of women have miscarraiges and then have wonderful pregnancies after. Both my sister and my step mom had miscarraiges and about a month or so later both were pregnant again with very healthy babies they are both 3 years old now. Sometimes there is just something wrong with the baby it's better for it not to be born with problems. i think you should be fine :) good luck and congrats

i had a misacarrage a few years agon and now have two healthy kids and a third on the way so unless there was an underlyng cause for the loss of you baby then you should be able to carry this pregnancy full term but if you realy need reassurance speak with your doc and tell he or she about your fears and if you are religous seek out your spiritual advisor for prayer or meditaion.

I don't believe there is any higher risk of miscarriage. My mom miscarried her first pregnancy and went on the have 4 children.

yes, but keep a positive mind, and try not to do too much that will stress you out or tire your body, when your tired rest, because you're body is telling you to! Eat right. What happens happens, but you can atleast control it by that, and keep checking with your dr. After 3 months you will have to be worried less about it, but still take good care of yourself for the baby.
