What are some good business journals to write a report on customer service?? I need articles of interest so anything would be helpful! Thank you. (This is a college class.)

There are a lot of them as most large cities have one. The most famous one is probably the Los Angeles Business Journal. Check out this link on Wikipedia for more info and a list of cities:

I am sorry but this answer does not concern this current question. You recently left an answer that to a question I had about my maid. Let me give Miss. Hispanic Hoity. Toity. a few pointers. I know how to do a lot of things Mrs. Hispanic Princess Low IQ will probably never know how to do. For instance - Can you do Western Blots (oh... that might take some education) or Real Time Reverse Transcriptase PCR (oh.... that might take some education too - to even know what it means).. Yes.... I might have to get my husband to show me how to re-varnish the furniture rather than read it on the Internet because he has done it before - you dumb ***itch!!! and it is just easier. I do know a lot of Spanish because I have taken the initiative to learn it in the past year, unlike many of our current residents. By the way, I worked my way through college so I could pay and offer employment to a woman who can't speak English. I also served our military for nine years doing a job that is probably leagues above your own dumb head. I asked for help to clean my house because I work and have too many things going on in my own life to take care of it. So you little judge-mental litttle pig, any person with half a brain would know not to use a brillo pad and Dawn dish soap to clean furniture. She should be fired, but I am going to give her the benefit of the doubt and stay home (maybe even get fired myself) to show her that she should not use Dawn dish soap to clean furniture. My mother-in-law saw her do this and since she has been cleaning our house, I have noticed the scratches on our furniture. So Miss. Judgement Queen - what do ya say to all of this..???? I never sat on my booty - I am 5'10" and weigh 128 pounds. I work my *** off - I bet you sit on your fat one in judgement.... You make me want to puke on myself.

Go to your college library and they will have lots of journals and indexes to make finding the right articles very easy.
