well can anyone tell me the adavantages and disadvantages of motion graphics.

in what sort of context? on a web page? is this graphic arts or animation? i would suggest being a little more specific-- that will help.

if it would be graphic arts on a web page, quality would be an issue along with general concept. if those two issues fail, then motion graphics would be ineffective. however, motion does grab the glancing eye when looking across a still page, so it can be a highly effective tool in that sense.
