Do you women feel that your calves are being worked when you wear high-heels, since that is one of theory why women have muscular calves?

Are those of you with muscular calves ashamed of them? Or just your other body parts? I think that many women with muscular calves actually have great genetics for the whole body, just that they are too ashamed, or that they think the calves are the only sexy part.

I have muscular calves, always have since jr. high. I always hated them until my early 20's. I just saw an image of a woman being feminine and soft w/out any muscular definition.
