how do i delete all my history???

↓ Internet properties
↓ General Tab
↓ Browsing history
↓ Delete History
↓ Delete Forms

To get to Internet properties:

↓ Control Panel
or
↓ Right - Hand click your Internet browsing icon and select properties
or
↓ Tools --> Internet options
