It is a glaze that when it drys it looks like glass. I'm making a piece of jewlery and I'm covering paper on metal. It doesn't have to be hard as glass just look like it. I don't really want to mess with epoxy. Something easy would be better.

Anna Griffin makes "Clear Glass Finish", which is the exact same thing as Diamond Glaze. So is Sakura's 3D Crystal Lacquer. The only other thing would be something like Hi-Gloss or polymer resin. If you don't care if it's über smooth, you can try clear nail polish or clear embossing powder,

Many acyrlic liquids will create a high-gloss finish, but some will be a bit less scratchable than others or easier to apply.

Wood finishes (like water-washup Varathane, a polyurethane) should work to give a high-gloss effect, as well clear acrylic fingernail polish. You'll need to use several coats for the deepest gloss, but you can also "dip" into the finish for a thicker coat (let hang, then dab a few times over the next 5-10 minutes to wick away the drip that will form at the bottom).

Otherwise, a 2-pt epoxy resin, or UTEE clear embossing powder, etc. should work but the UTEE and similar things can be more easily scratchable.
