Why doesn't the internet work? My phone is a Samsung SGH-C417. The internet used to work on it but it quit all of a sudden. I tried to buy more ringtones and now it says that the internet is forbidden. Me and my sister are having the same problem. Our mom has us on the family plan, but she didn't have the internet turned off on them. She doesn't even know what is wrong.

We have bought ringtones before and the internet worked great.

If you are sure you did not do anything, I would go to your service providesrs store, and they will probably have to flash it. MOST LIKELY it is not the phone, its probably the box that sends signals to your phone. You will have to call up your service provider and have them check it out.

ask your mom to call your provider, maybe they blocked the internet use because of too much downloading, and they only want to protect the acct. of their customer for doing so.
