I was saving up my money to get the wii, but now I am thinking about getting the psp. Should I get the wii but get the psp for my birthday?

Go With The Wii. You Will End Up Having More Fun With It. I Am A PlayStation Follower Myself But The PSP Doesn't Have That Many Great Games. Also The Wii Will Allow You To Play With Many More People.

I would get the Wii.
A PSP is ok, and it can do a few things. But if you take away the portability factor, it's not as fun to play as a Wii. Portable systems always have slower and less amazing graphics than home consoles. I would definitely take into account how much I'd use the portability.
And even then, are you sure you'd want a PSP? The Nintendo DS has been selling like crazy. I'm almost tempted to buy one. But I'm 26, and I'm afraid the games might be more appropriate for kids and teens. Plus, like I mentioned earlier, portable systems are always less amazing than the home consoles.

NO sell your wii, purchase a psp and have some money left over for video games and stuff. you may get a psp slender for $a hundred, you should sell your wii on ebay or craigslist for a minimum of two times that.

The Wii has the more interactive features and has a considerably better rated library of games already out. Most of what I've heard about the PSP involve the words 'control problems', 'graphics glitches', and 'poor games'.

Definately get the wii. Perks for the wii are that they play gamecube agmes. MOst gamecube games are cheaper now. But the psp is portable. It's your choice but I SAY WII

neither, save you r money for and xbox 360 or ps3 and join the rest of the next gen world. the wii is nothing but a glorified powerglove with graphics comperable to ps1. with the exception of zelda, most games get HORRIBLE reviews, plus you look like a moron while you play it... as for the psp, it's great for collecting dust...

Wii OUI OUI PSP OK TOO! it depends on what you want (portability) is a factor to consider.I myself prefer ACTUAL reality over VIRTUAL reality but I do have two young sons and that is what they say.
