Obviosly if he asked her out, he likes her and as a best friend you should be happy for her. You need to go out and find a guy that you like and actually likes you back. Then you can start going on double dates w/ eachother and you don't have to lose your b/f

I could say soooo many things to this one---- First, ask yourself who's more important- him or her? Then ask yourself, is he worth loosing her? I am 34 years old and have had the same best friend since we were 6. The way to keep a good relationship with the best friend is by vowing to NEVER let anyone come between that. A lifetime can pass and many guys will likely pass too.... you only have 1 BEST friend. My vote would go to her not knowing the circumstances but, if he means that much top you- talk to her 1 on 1 and you both decide. Good luck, I hope you can find a solution that will leave everyone content.

omg...honey im going through the exact same thing!!! My best friend is going out with this guy that I truly like! I promise my story is exactly like yours! lol...we should make a soap opera! But you hun all you really can do is nothing...I mean if she's your friend and she might really have feelings for him...you have to consider stuff like that and he might have feelings for her! But just be a good friend and be happy for the both of them...I know it's hard too...but that's how I have been dealing with it...because a guy should never come between a friendship! I hope I helped and I will pray for you! Love ya! bye!

No, you should not.
Your best friend is a godsend as you might tell the friendship as it comes first in any matter of life.
It is world widely accepted that friendship stands our life-classic as you had tell.
1, stop thinking of him.
2, mend your mind when you say you can't get your mind off of him? you should really say you can't get your mind off of her. That's the best.
3, think positive in each side you faced. Think wise that your best friend are destined to have him though you liked him longer. That's why he chose her. Your time hasn't come, yet.
4, wait and try on other new guy, can you... maybe your bestfriend really need him so there's not much to tell why you
should drop her off. Your truly best friend??
Friendship matters the most. Crush will never got in its line.

ok first i would start off by talking to your best friend about this. Remeber the old saying "never let a guy come bewteen a great frinedhship" You need to think of that and talk to her about your feelings. And if she doesnt consider them then she wasnt a great freind after all. But if talking to her doesnt work maybe you should talk to the guy about it. I wouldnt try to drop her right away. I would frist tell her about my feelings and then if she doesnt listen then drop her. It will make you look like the better person. Well i hope i have helped and good luck

It's not worth ruining a friendship over who you're dating. Romances can come and go until you find the person you marry. Friendships can last a lifetime. It'd be a shame if she dated this guy for a few months then broke up and you weren't her friend after both of you had moved on. Stay her friend.

You should not lose your friendship over a guy. But your friend should have understand that you like him and should not of went out with him. Real friends would not of done that. Don't waste your time on this you got other important things to worry about. If you decide to still be her best friend then be more careful when it comes to guys

having gone through this ( every girl does) what would probably happen is you girls stop being friends and hurt feelings are expressed by backstabbing and trash talk-where you both play through the boy trying to trash each other- and it ends up-he either doesn't deal with it or enjoys having both of you.The best thing to do is understand-the boys are replacable and usually aren't as great as you play them out to be in your head.I'm ten thousand percent sure you should find a way to keep your friend.

well sooner or later it will all stop of you liking him. I know its hard to think about, but think about other guys out there waiting to be with you! After they are done being together, im sure you don't want to be with him, cuz you don't want to lose your friendship with your best friend over a guy. And all is true.
