Yes. Its only a game for a lot of people. You've got to be able to discern when people need a serious answer. But when you come to Polls & Surveys (P&S), you've got to be ready for the inevitable smart aleck answer.

I agree. But there are some people that no matter what kind of questions you ask you are going to get a smart a** answer. Thats just part of being in P & S>

I was reviewing your list of questions. I can see why you get the responses that you do.
Your questions have no depth. They lack anything intelligent.
You have nothing to ask that resolves anything dire or urgent.
When you pose stupid questions, you get treated like a moron because people don't take you seriously.
Is this REALLY the kind of reputation you want?
instead of making fun of people who treat you that way, you should look for the reason WHY.
You can only find it within yourself.
The answer to your question is simply this, when you behave a certain way, you tell people how to treat you.

I agree. Some people can be downright mean. It's that old adage....misery loves company. If they're having a bad day, they always try to ruin someone else's too.
