Pretty much all of them.
For wrinkles, consider slight name changes (Baz Luhrmann's 1996 version with Leo and Claire Danes is technically called "William Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet" and Julie Taymor's 1999 version of "Titus Andronicus" is simply called "Titus").
Most of the major plays ("Hamlet," "Othello," "Henry V") have been filmed multiple times, usually with Shakespeare's title intact. You can often trace versions from Orson Welles through Laurence Olivier to Kenneth Branagh. Consider also that the BBC, PBS and/or the Royal Shakespeare Company have released versions of pretty much every Shakespearean play, often filmed theatrical productions (i.e., it looks like a play on a stage), but also often more akin to a feature film.
Consider also -- adaptations. "West Side Story" as a re-telling of Romeo & Juliet; as noted above "10 Things I Hate About You" from "Taming of the Shrew." Also "Men of Respect," a mob movie based on Macbeth, and "Scotland, Pa." with James LeGros and Maura Tierney is also based on Macbeth. "A Thousand Acres," from the Jane Smiley book of the same name, is a re-telling of "King Lear," as is Akira Kurasawa's "Ran."
Heck, I can go on and on here. You can stretch things and note that "The Lion King" is based on Hamlet, too.
